Return & Refund Policy

It doesn't happen often but in the unlikely event you’re unhappy with your order and want to return it that’s no problem! Just contact us at and we will help you with the returns process.

However, we will only accept returns for damaged and faulty goods that are NOT opened - this is for health protection and hygiene rules. These items can be returned within 30 days from the received date, after that we will not be able to process the requested refund.

Damaged and wrongly shipped items may be requested for return to us within 30 days from the received date.
